Returns & Refund Policy

Buffalo Trace Distillery is committed to your satisfaction; however, due to the perishable nature of food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on non-consumable merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please note that state laws prohibit the return of any alcoholic spirit products after they have been delivered or shipped.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our guest services team with your order number and details of the item you wish to return, ensuring it is a non-perishable merchandise item.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all tags and a copy of the original packing slip or proof of purchase.

• 3.
  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
